Luiz Pasqualini (1986, São Caetano do Sul - São Paulo) is a visual artist. Through figurative painting, his work explores the universe of popular culture and the everyday life of contemporary cities. His pieces depict common scenes such as gatherings in bars, street festivals, domestic environments, and everyday gestures and expressions. With a keen eye for anonymous characters and the dynamics of urban spaces, the artist creates narratives that portray coexistence, affection, and the collective rituals that shape life in large cities. Luiz was selected for the 51st Luiz Sacilotto Contemporary Art Salon in 2024 and has previously received acquisition awards at the Piracicaba Contemporary Art Salon, the Waldemar Belisario Fine Arts Salon in Ilhabela, and the Rio Claro Fine Arts Salon.
